You can tell they know their matcha well, and the drinks were beautifully presented too. However, the experience was a bit let down by the temperature inside. The staff told us they aren't allowed to close the windows, and it was freezing. It really took away from what could’ve been a cosy, relaxing atmosphere , we were shivering through our drinks instead of enjoying them properly. We’d love to come back because the matcha is truly next level, but please, let the staff close the windows when it's cold! ”
